Multi-Company Events & Single Company Events Information

*Disclaimer-Multi-Company events require at least 8+ companies to make the event successful for the companies and job seekers. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event, if this minimum is not met. Any credits will be held to the rescheduled date or another event of company choice. 

If you have registered for an event, and cannot attend, you may move to the next scheduled event, if changes are made 30 days or more before originally registered scheduled event date.

If event registration is completed with less than 30 days until the registered event, no changes can be made.

Any companies who no show for an event or cannot attend 29 days or less to scheduled event, forfeit their booth space and payment.

*If you registered for a 3-event special, with 3 specific events, those cannot be changed or moved.

**Please understand advertising, venue, tables, chairs, covers, banners, food, etc., is paid, and we cannot make changes with less than 30 days' notice.

***Also give consideration for the job seekers who travel 8-10-15-20+ hours to attend these events, and are coming for a certain company or companies. Less than 30 days' notice, does not allow us to get the word out that a specific company will not be attending.

***Permian Basin Hiring Events cannot control if companies and their representatives go on a hiring freeze, layoff, change events, cancel, have a medical/family emergency, get covid, have flight delays or cancellations, no show, or are late to a scheduled event.
